Confidante empowers its clients by allowing them to decide how many of the tools, if any, they wish to use to enhance their journey. Not only that, but our tools are complimentary, because we believe in passing cost savings onto our clients.
Finding time to attend physical meetings is not always possible or desirable. Especially when those meetings are in the working day and involve emotional and stressful topics.
We want our clients to get the most out of their meetings with us. As we aim to work remotely, we can be flexible, hence we will do our best to meet at our client’s convenience. If clients prefer to meet face to face, or that is necessary, we have a space to do so.
Voluminous documentation / correspondence and endless deadlines make staying on top of a legal case more challenging particularly when emotions are running high.
Confidante’s portal provides a centralised hub from where clients and their lawyer can communicate and progress the case more efficiently. The space contains a multitude of useful, client centric functions designed to help clients receive legal services in the most simplified way possible.
Primarily the portal
i) houses case documentation in one place (filed logically for easy reference);
ii) enables data sharing (clients can review, amend, upload and electronically sign documents);
iii) contains a personalised calendar and action list (easy reference point to keep on top of deadlines, upcoming appointments/events and the case moving forward); and
iv) hosts a message board for more informal chat (reserving email correspondence for more substantive communication).
We know how inefficient it is for clients and lawyers to get bogged down information gathering and form filling. That’s why we have harnessed technology to do the heavy lifting.
Our automated questionnaire gathers key information, saving approximately 15 hours of fee earning time whilst also generating 12 draft documents (some of which are Court required forms to progress the case).
We know what decisions clients are likely to face on the road ahead. Our decision trees provide potential route(s) with accompanying pros and cons designed to help our clients make the right decision at the right time.
The more clients understand the process and where they are in it, the more empowered they become. We want our clients to feel comfortable sitting in the driver’s seat.
